Room in a shared flat

Room for rent in a beautiful 100m2 apartment in the heart of Vevey (shops, station and lake 1 min walking distance). Available from 1st October. The lease is in my name, the duration is to be defined together with the person who takes the room. Rent including charges: 1 050chf for two 685chf per person if there are three in total Washing machine in the accommodation. What I am looking for: Girl or boy, preferably in their twenties like me. Clean and tidy person, respect for common areas. Quiet, not the type to party every night. Solvent, with a stable situation. We will see together if we stay as two or if we complete as three. Staying as two suits me very well. On my side, I am a cool, easy-going, no-fuss and open-minded person.
