Nebenkosten und Internet) **Zur Situation:** Die Wohnung wird von mir, einem berufstätigen 70-jährigen Herrn, sowie einem 27-jährigen berufstätigen Untermieter, bewohnt. Da meine Tochter für ihr Studium ausgezogen ist, steht ein weiteres Zimmer zur Untermiete zur Verfügung. Mir ist ein ruhiges, respektvolles Miteinander wichtig. **Lage:** • Linksrheinisches Gellertquartier – ruhig, grün und gut erschlossen • Gepflegte Wohnanlage mit eigenem Park • Direkt gegenüber der Roche-Türme, ca. 1,5 km vom Roche-Campus entfernt • Ideal für Wochenpendler Hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr (Tram & Bus in Gehdistanz), schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Universität und der Innenstadt.
