4 rooms single house

This little house is a real gem and a rarity. I am only leaving it because I want to be connected to the city of Zürich and in a shared apartment (WG). The house is not suitable for shared apartments, but is perfect for a couple, as the exceptional architecture presents open rooms. It is truly right at the edge of the forest and surrounded by lush nature, however, there is no usable garden area available. In summer, there is a great, cool seating area in front of the entrance and the great terracotta floor in the house cools wonderfully when it is hot. From the outside, the house is adorned with a pear and fig tree, beautiful rose bushes, and a small herb garden that may be enjoyed. In winter, in addition to the electric heating, it must be fired with wood, otherwise it stays cold. One must know and like this! In return, you get the chalet charm for free :-). What I am looking for: · a WG room in a house, surrounded by nature and garden on the outskirts of Zürich, preferably Kreis 7/8 · An outdoor cat is moving in with me, so the place must be animal-friendly · A garden is a must, I want to be able to plant vegetables and flowers · It can also be an equivalent apartment, with its own garden share · It can also be a house that is suitable as a WG, in which case I would start one myself · Max. 1500.- including all ancillary costs
