I am renting out my furnished room (approx. 18 m2) in Waedenswil for the period from 25.11.2026 to 03.01.2027.
The apartment is located in Giessen 2, only about 10-15 minutes on foot from the Waedenswil train station and directly on Lake Zurich. A special highlight is the garden with direct access to the lake as well as a private bathing/beach area just a few steps from the apartment. Additionally, the apartment offers a beautiful lake view.

The roommates
You would share the apartment with two quiet and respectful men:

• Marco, 30 years old, works in the evenings and is therefore rather little at home
• Mattia, 25 years old, works during the day at normal working hours

Both are very quiet, uncomplicated and respectful.
Smokers are welcome, however smoking in the room is not allowed.
Parking
In the vicinity of the property, there are public white parking spaces. Alternatively, a private parking space can be organized upon arrangement and depending on availability.
Costs
CHF 1'300 for the entire period
All utility costs as well as WLAN are included.
No deposit.

No pets.
The room is ideally suited for someone looking for furnished accommodation in Waedenswil for a few weeks - especially over the Christmas and New Year period.
