Dal 1° dicembre si affitta un appartamento monolocale a Otelfingen, ideale per una persona o una coppia.

Io e il mio compagno ci viviamo da quasi 3 anni e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene.

L’appartamento è composto da cucina con forno (senza lavastoviglie), bagno, ripostiglio e un bel balcone.

La casa verrà consegnata con un armadio con ante scorrevoli in regalo, che purtroppo è danneggiato ma ancora funzionante.

Al piano inferiore si trovano la lavanderia in comune, dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice, e una cantina privata dove poter riporre alcuni oggetti.

💰 Affitto: CHF 1’2.0 al mese

• CHF 1300.– affitto netto
• CHF 2.0.– acconto spese accessorie

📍 Posizione e servizi:

• Fermata dell’autobus proprio sotto casa, con corse ogni 30 minuti per la stazione.
• Stazione raggiungibile anche a piedi, a circa 900 metri.
• Treno S6 per i collegamenti ferroviari.
• Bar e ristorante sotto casa.
• Aldi a circa 1 km e un piccolo supermercato Spar con distributore di benzina a circa 600 metri.

Otelfingen è un paesino molto tranquillo, ideale per chi cerca un ambiente sereno e con tutti i servizi essenziali.

My partner and I have lived here for almost 3 years and have always been very happy here.

The apartment consists of a kitchen with an oven (no dishwasher), a bathroom, a storage room and a lovely balcony.

The apartment will also come with a sliding-door wardrobe, free of charge. Unfortunately, it is damaged but still functional.

On the lower floor, there is a shared laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a private cellar for storing personal belongings.

💰 Rent: CHF 1,560 per month

• CHF 1300.– net rent
• CHF 2.0.– advance payment for additional costs

📍 Location and amenities:

• Bus stop right outside the building, with buses to the train station every 30 minutes.
• The train station is also within walking distance, approximately 900 metres away.
• S6 train line for rail connections.
• A bar and restaurant are located downstairs.
• Aldi is approximately 1 km away, and a small Spar supermarket with a petrol station is about 600 metres away.

Otelfingen is a very quiet village, ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful environment with all essential amenities nearby.
