Room in a shared flat

My roommate Tina is moving out at the end of November, so from 2 December I am looking for a new female or male roommate for her room in our apartment in Töss, a quiet district in Winterthur. Winterthur main station can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by bus, and from there you are in Zurich in around 20 minutes by train.
Conditions
The rent is CHF 800 per month, the deposit CHF 2’500. Move-in from 2 December.
Who I am
My name is Marlon, I am 22 years old, I study International Management at the ZHAW and work part-time. I like going out for a drink, enjoy chatting, cooking and doing sports.
Who I am looking for
I am looking for a person between 20 and 30 years old, ideally in training or studying. You are open and sociable and like going out every now and then. At the same time, mutual respect for the privacy and time of each individual is important to me.
