We are offering a room for rent in our shared apartment on the third floor in Kloten, available immediately. The room is equipped with:

The location of the apartment is central and well connected to public transport (100 m from Bahnhof Kloten (S7)). Shopping facilities, restaurants, disposal sites, and leisure facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

The monthly rent is 950. In addition, there is a flat rate for ancillary costs of 150 (water, electricity, heating, internet, Serafe, insurance), which brings us to a total monthly rent of 1100 CHF. The deposit will be transferred to the main tenant's account before moving in and amounts to 3 months' rent.

We are Katka (flight attendant), Simone (headhunter) and Daan (student) and are looking for a reliable and tidy flatmate who enjoys a harmonious shared apartment.
