About me & shared flat life
I (39) am the main tenant, studying part-time at UZH and working 40% at a primary school. I am outgoing and value a cozy home – every now and then it is nice when something is happening, but it is not a permanent party location.
I am looking for a subtenant (preferably also a student) who, like me, values privacy and does her own thing, but is open to spontaneous chatting or drinking coffee – completely without pressure (not a functional WG, but also no permanent program).
Order and cleanliness are very important to me: I am looking for a roommate who helps out on her own initiative, cleans reliably, and values a well-kept home.
