Room in a shared flat

Cozy room for sublet in Greifensee, in the middle of nature and yet close to the city.

Rent: CHF 2280.-/month (incl. utilities) or also per night by arrangement.

Hello!

I am Lidiya and I live together with my two daughters (24, 22 years old) in our apartment in Greifensee.

In addition, a lovely and quiet cat, Dark, lives with us. If you like animals and do not have a cat allergy, you will feel at home with us. We value a quiet, respectful, and pleasant coexistence.

The apartment includes:

• Furnished room
• Private bathroom with shower and WC
• Shared kitchen
• Living room with fireplace, where one can often enjoy making a fire for shared use
• Piano in the living room

Large terrace with a beautiful view of the Greifensee and the mountains

• Washing machine and dryer in the apartment as well as additionally in the basement (shared use in the residential block)

Parking available

Very good public transport connections - only 25 minutes to Zürich HB and 23 minutes to Zürich Stadelhofen/Opernhaus.

We are looking for a quiet, respectful person without their own pets, who fits well into our small, family-like home.

If our offer appeals to you, please write us a few words about yourself. We look forward to getting to know you!
