Room in a shared flat

The WG room (left and largest room, partially furnished) is in a bright and fully equipped 4.5 room apartment. An open kitchen with a cozy living area is part of the shared living space. Washing machine / tumble dryer, microwave are also part of the equipment, as well as the Smart Home lighting and Roby, our robot vacuum cleaner. You share a bathroom with a shower.

Included in the all-inclusive package are internet, TV, electricity, insurance, Serafe, cleaning lady every two weeks, shared shopping (such as trash bags, cleaning supplies, shared groceries, etc.), etc.

In the room, a bed is available, an Ikea drawer unit, a stool, as well as curtains (see photos).

The quiet apartment is located at the edge of the forest, well connected (Kloten station approx. 20 min, bus to the airport approx. 4 min, shopping approx. 4 min walking distance). Zürich HB is reachable in 25 min by train. No parking spaces are available.

We are looking for..
If you have life experience, are a non-smoker, and if vacuum cleaner, washing machine, or waste glass are not foreign words to you, I am excited to meet you :-) It is important to me that all residents contribute their part to living together, so if you are used to wielding the duster or the cleaning sponge, then I look forward to getting to know you better (we organize the cleaning plan with the app Flatastic). The room is rather unsuitable for home office, as it is rather dark (in contrast to the living area) and we have irregular working hours and also sometimes need quiet during the day.

I am Sabrina, 42, office worker and main tenant. I work part-time and the apartment is my retreat. Cleanliness and order are very important to me, I am helpful and cheerful. I regularly go to watch ice hockey, and I love to cook and bake. A cozy Netflix evening is also allowed..

Nicole is 57 years old and a flight attendant. She is not always there and when she is, she is very quiet. She is very helpful and open.

We speak German and English (and Nicole also Spanish).

The privacy of everyone is respected and taken into account. It should be a cozy coexistence with enough space for everyone but not a purely functional WG.
