It is ideal for living or private practice (lawyer, marketing, IT, working from home, etc.). It is fully furnished with an adjustable height desk, an extensible comfy couch and office chair + wardrobe. The only disadvantage is that it has no parking but temporary stops are possible for loading/unloading. It also has a common garden. Entrance is through the main building door but windows open exactly at street level. *it does not have a dish washing machine nor a clothes washing machine - there is a dry cleaning service nearby + laundromat. Minimum renting period: 6 months
