Partner sought for 2-person shared apartment from 1 December Who am I? I am an active, 59-year-old woman: direct, open, humorous, and quite uncomplicated. I love nature, the forest, meditation and sound, sauna and wellness, and I am interested in a holistic lifestyle. Two older cats live with me. What am I looking for? An independent, open person who feels like sharing beautiful living space, without us having to share our entire lives with each other because of it. Everyone is allowed to live their own rhythm, to have retreat and privacy. And if a coffee, a good conversation, or something shared arises, all the better. Authenticity, mutual respect, and uncomplicated coexistence on an equal footing are important to me. However, cleanliness and a well-maintained home are also important to me; in that regard, I am less uncomplicated. And I also like the idea of making beautiful living space affordable for both through sharing, without us only working to live. This is expressly a 2-person shared apartment. Where does it lead you? To a cozy house with a total of approx. 120 m², close to nature and located by the forest. Two private rooms of approx. 12 m² and 15 m² are available for you. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, and laundry room are used jointly. The garden, patio, and garage are also included. There is also a work/therapy room in the house, which I use occasionally. If it fits your activity, we can gladly talk about possible shared use. Occasionally there are also Airbnb guests in the house, so you should fundamentally feel comfortable with that. Available from 1 December. In short: plenty of space for your own life and yet sharing a beautiful home together.
