Hey 🌞 I am looking for a successor for my shared flat room in Kreis 6. The Brunnenhof tram stop is only a few steps away, it is 5 minutes on foot to Bucheggplatz and approx. 7 minutes to Milchbuck.
The apartment is located on the top floor and is very sunny. It has 4 rooms, a living room, a bathroom, a balcony and a separate kitchen. The common rooms are furnished. Your room is unfurnished, so you can furnish it entirely according to your taste. It is approx. 25 m² large and has a window front facing southwest, which makes it really bright. It is available from 02 December, and the tenancy is unlimited.
The rent is CHF 2480 per month, plus utilities of approx. CHF 50 per month, which are settled according to the invoice.
We are looking for a reliable, quiet and tidy female flatmate between mid-20s and mid-30s, who is employed or studying and appreciates a relaxed, respectful coexistence. Our shared flat is more of a quiet retreat than a party apartment. Whenever it suits us, we meet in the kitchen, but nevertheless give each other a lot of space.

It’s available from 2 December, and the tenancy is an unlimited rental.
The rent is CHF 2,248 per month, plus utilities of about CHF 50 per month, which are charged according to the actual bills.
We’re looking for a reliable, quiet and tidy flatmate between her mid-20s and mid-30s who works or studies and values a relaxed and respectful way of living together. Our flat is more of a calm retreat than a party place. Sometimes we meet in the kitchen, while still giving each other plenty of space.
