Room in a shared flat

Are you looking for a beautiful room in a modern, spacious shared apartment with sympathetic roommates and a top location? Then you have come to the right place!

The apartment
Our modern and spacious shared apartment is located directly at the train station and offers plenty of space to feel at home. Thanks to the central location, you are optimally connected and can reach your destinations conveniently using public transport.

Shared apartment life
Currently, two women and one man live with us. We are a sympathetic, tidy, and uncomplicated group where living together works well. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable, shows consideration for one another, and keeps the common rooms tidy. For this purpose, we have a well-functioning shared apartment system that makes everyday life easier and ensures pleasant coexistence.

Who we are looking for
Since we currently want to have a balanced ratio between women and men in the shared apartment, we are preferably looking for a male roommate who fits in well with us and also values order, respectful interaction, and pleasant coexistence. You are between 20 and 30 years old.

If you fancy a modern home with a good atmosphere, great roommates, and an unbeatable location, we look forward to hearing from you!
