The apartment is located on the ground floor, although it sits approximately 2 metres above street level, giving it more privacy and a pleasant feeling of living above street level.

The apartment is ideal for a couple or a single person. We have lived here as a couple and have really enjoyed making it our home, so we are looking for someone who will appreciate the apartment and treat it with the same care.
