Room in a shared flat

Hello hello, it's nice that you found our advertisement. I hope you are doing well! A room in a 3-person shared apartment will become available from 01.11.2026 (limited until 30.06.2027). The room is approx. 16m2 in size and costs 750.- per month (incl. utilities). The apartment will only be rented out until next summer. For this reason, we will only be able to stay in the apartment until 30.06.2027, as the lease expires then. The apartment is located on Missionsstrasse, but in a backyard, which makes living pleasantly quiet. The apartment features a laundry tower, a large living room (currently unfurnished), a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a large entrance area, and a separate cellar compartment - so everything a shared apartment heart desires. Furthermore, public transport can be reached in a few minutes and it is very well connected (5min to the SBB station, 5min to Barfüsserplatz). As already mentioned, we are a 3-person WG and our roommate will be leaving us. We are both in our mid-20s and in our training/studies. Giada works as an animal caretaker and Ken studies Fashion Design. The WG is mainly a Zweck-WG (shared apartment for convenience) - there are no shared meals or planned WG activities, but everyone gets along well. An open way of interacting with one another is maintained. Since everyone works and/or studies, everyone is on the go a lot and appreciates privacy. We are looking for an open, communicative, and respectful person. Our WG tolerates no discrimination of any kind and wishes for an open roommate. The WG is LGBTQ+ and wishes for a like-minded person.
