28m² commercial

A flexible surface is available within our existing Livom showroom in Meyrin, near Geneva. An ideal opportunity for brands wishing to test or develop their physical presence in the region, without having to create their own space from scratch.
The showroom has a total surface area of approximately 210 m². Depending on your concept and your needs, different surfaces can be made available, from approximately 20 m² up to significantly larger spaces.
The space is already furnished and offers a modern, high-quality, and welcoming environment to present products and receive clients. It is particularly suitable for showroom and retail concepts, pop-ups, product launches, as well as e-commerce or DTC brands wishing to make their products physically accessible.
We are also flexible regarding the duration and configuration of the space, whether it be a temporary presence or a longer-term collaboration. Certain areas can be adapted depending on the project.
