Very bright attic corner room (22sqm, 2nd floor), with 2 large windows.

The old building shared flat extends over two floors: 2 kitchens, 2 showers, 4 WCs and a living room on the 2nd floor. Washing machine and dryer available.

Location on a quiet corner but still central. On the outside, the house is full of graffiti (typical for the neighborhood), on the inside very well-maintained and tidy.

We are a 22-person WG, but it is really exceptionally quiet here: hardly any visitors, clear rules, a lot of consideration. Ideal for someone who appreciates their home as a place of retreat.

What we are looking for:

A female flatmate from 2. December
quiet, clean, responsible and reliable
student or employed (weekday resident preferred)
Little visitors (max. 2x per month)
Ready to adhere to existing agreements (including semester cleaning)
Stable values, politeness and the willingness to adhere to clear agreements and proven structures – without the need for fundamental discussions in the plenary

Rent incl. utilities - also included: Ethernet, Serafe and cleaning lady (kitchens, bathrooms, hallways)
