Room in a shared flat

The apartment is bright and spread across two floors. The first floor is composed of a large living room, two balconies, two bedrooms, a dining area, a kitchen and a small laundry area with washer and dryer.

The top floor, instead, has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a beautiful terrace that can be enjoyed during the summer for BBQs and relaxing evenings.
The available room is located on the first floor, has direct access to one of the balconies and comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table and bed. Please note that the bed frame, the mattress and the bedside table are to be taken over from the current tenant.

You will be sharing the apartment with three 28-year-old Italian guys working in Finance, Trading and Healthcare.

Who we are looking for: An easy-going person who enjoys being part of an active household, grabbing a beer together or sharing some time over dinner and a movie. We are also looking for someone who values a tidy and clean home and enjoys contributing to a pleasant living environment.

If this sounds like a good fit for you, we would love to hear from you.
Please send us a message introducing yourself so we can get to know you better.

Ciao!
Camilla
