Room in a shared flat

2 WG-Zimmer in Chur to rent - from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

In our 4-person WG in Chur, two rooms will become available as of January 1st or by arrangement. Two female students from the FH Graubünden are staying in the WG and are looking forward to new roommates.

The rooms:
If interested, various pieces of furniture can be taken over by arrangement.

• The 1st room is 11.4qm in size
• The 2nd room is 11.6qm in size

The apartment:
Our WG has two bathrooms (1 × WC and 1 × shower/WC). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers sufficient space for four people. The spacious living room is furnished with everything one needs and offers access to a balcony. Additionally, we have our own cellar compartment as well as a communal laundry room and a bicycle room at our disposal.

The location:
The apartment is located in a practical and well-connected location in Chur. Migros, Coop, Post, and pharmacy are located directly by the residential block. Two bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station is reachable in about 10 minutes on foot.

About us:
We are two female students of the FH Graubünden and value an uncomplicated, pleasant, and respectful coexistence. Our WG is basically quiet. We enjoy cooking together occasionally or exchanging ideas in everyday life. At the same time, it is important to us that everyone has their own space and can withdraw at any time.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for two new roommates (male or female) aged approximately 20 to 30 years who fit well into our WG everyday life. Respectful interaction, reliability, and a fair contribution to the shared household are important to us. We look forward to people who are open to a communal WG life, but at the same time respect the privacy of others. Important for one of the two new, sought-after roommates: You should be able to imagine taking over half of the main rent (together with one of the current residents).

If required, an outdoor parking space directly in front of the apartment can also be rented additionally for CHF 60.-/Mt.

Ideally, you are looking for a long-term home and can imagine being part of our WG for a longer period of time.
