Living in the hall in the Zollhaus

Hello!

Do you want to become part of the communal hall living in the Zollhaus?

We are 5 adults and 2 children as well as Monti, our dog, who live and work in a hall in the Zollhaus of the Genossenschaft Kalkbreite. The hall is 2.0 qm large, has 4m high ceilings, living towers, cozy corners, plenty of space for living and working, and a fantastic view over the sea of tracks near HB Zürich. For us, the hall project is a communal living and creative space, shaped by our own commitment.

We are looking for an engaged and lovely person or a couple for indefinite communal living starting from 1. December 2026.

Facts:
1 living unit / 1 living tower with approx. 9 qm private usable area for 1’375.- CHF/mtl. The living tower is designed so that the bedroom can be set up in the upper part and the wardrobe, reading corner, or hobby area can be set up in the lower open area.

Included: approx. 2.0 qm common area in the hall (kitchen, open living area, gallery, retreat room, 2 WCs and bathroom with bathtub) as well as direct access to the courtyard and other communal rooms (2 roof terraces, track terrace, project room, music room, movement room, workshop, sewing room, communal Zollhausküche, forum, etc). There are also plenty of possibilities for home office in the hall.
