From November, I am renting out a room indefinitely in a 2-person shared apartment in Oberglatt Zentrum and am looking for a sympathetic and reliable person for pleasant cohabitation.

Rent: CHF 1’200.– / month incl. utilities
Deposit: CHF 3’427.50
Move-in: from November
Rental period: indefinite

A parking space can be rented additionally for approx. CHF 80.– per month.

📍 Location & transport connections

The apartment is centrally located in Oberglatt. The bus stop is only approx. 4 minutes walking distance away.

✈️ Zürich Flughafen: approx. 24 minutes with the direct bus
🏙️ Zürich HB: approx. 28 minutes

The location is particularly practical for people who work at the airport. Therefore, someone from aviation is [welcome]

🤍 What I wish for from my future flatmate

Cleanliness, hygiene, and respectful handling of the shared rooms are very important to me. I wish for someone who sees it the same way and contributes their part to ensuring the apartment remains well-kept and tidy.

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed, however, it is no problem on the balcony.
