Room in a shared flat

We are Esteban (m 32 Colombia) and Marco (m 42 Switzerland) and are looking for you for our shared flat.

The room with a view towards the street features large window surfaces and has access to a balcony, which you would share with Marco.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Pflanzschulstrasse bus stop with a direct connection to the ZHAW, and Winterthur station can also be reached on foot in 25 minutes. In addition to a dishwasher, we also have our own washing machine and dryer in the kitchen, a fireplace in the living room and a total of four balconies. All recurring costs (electricity, water, Billag, internet) as well as the furnishing of the room are already included in the rental price.

You are 25+, perhaps already have experience living together and speak German or are learning German.
