I am looking for a sympathetic and uncomplicated person for a vacant room and office area in my spacious 5.5-room apartment in Goldiwil.

The apartment offers me around 150 m² of space and features a balcony as well as a small garden, which can of course be shared.

ABOUT THE ROOM

The room is approx. 10.5 m² in size and is partially located in a slight roof slope. Due to the two skylights, it is nonetheless nicely bright. Both windows are equipped with blinds and can be completely darkened. Currently, one of the windows is equipped with a fly and mosquito net. A second net is still planned, so that in the future both windows will be appropriately protected.

In addition to the private room, the upper area of the apartment can of course also be used. There, among other things, is an office area that is also available. In principle, the common areas of the apartment can be used, as long as one takes appropriate care of them and leaves them clean and tidy.

The small garden and the balcony are also for shared use.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR

It is important to me that one feels comfortable in one's own apartment. Therefore, I place value on order and cleanliness. I like it when the common rooms are tidy and people show mutual consideration for one another. At the same time, of course, everyone should have their own personal space and their own daily routine.

I am therefore looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful person with whom an uncomplicated and pleasant coexistence is possible. A good togetherness is important to me, without having to be constantly on top of each other.

ABOUT ME

I am 31 years old and employed. Due to my work, I sometimes have different working hours, including night shifts. Accordingly, my daily routine is not always the same. In my free time, I like to be on the go, meet friends, or simply spend a quiet evening at home. I do sports rather irregularly, when it fits time-wise.

My cat is also part of my life. She is very uncomplicated, relaxed, and absolutely easy-going. She is simply part of my daily routine and will probably show her face to you sooner or later as well.
