In Minusio, we are renting an attractive and flexibly usable commercial or office space of approx. 110 m². The area is part of an office space currently used as a single unit of a total of around 230 m² and will be clearly separated for rental. The rented area is separately lockable and can therefore be used independently.
The premises consist of a separate, lockable room of approx. 32 m² as well as a spacious open area of approx. 70 m². Additionally, two soundproof telephone booths are available, ideal for phone calls, video conferences, or concentrated work. The area has its own kitchen. Only the toilets and the entrance area are used communally.
