Anyone looking for a beautiful home for a few weeks or months, without having to carry furniture, buy dishes, and furnish an entire apartment first, could feel very comfortable here.

The freshly renovated 2.5-room apartment is completely and lovingly furnished. It is therefore intended to stay exactly like that: furnished, homely, and ready for people who live or work in the region temporarily. It is ideal, for example, for a temporary work assignment, seasonal employees, project stays, or simply as a pleasant transitional solution.
The apartment combines modern elements with lots of wood and a personal, cozy atmosphere. The living and dining area, kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom are fully equipped – basically, it is enough to just bring your suitcase and arrive.

I am looking for a quiet, reliable, and warm-hearted individual who treats the apartment and furnishings with care. The apartment is a non-smoking household. Good German language skills are desired for uncomplicated communication. Friendly interaction with one another is important to me – and anyone who is also open to a nice conversation occasionally will probably fit in particularly well here.

The rental is expressly intended as a home for a limited time and not as a permanent rental solution. The existing furnishings remain completely in the apartment.
