Included in the shown rent are monthly operating costs of 132 CHF (heating costs, furniture, electricity, Internet/WLAN, Serafe and hygiene articles fund, miscellaneous). The all-inclusive rent is 750 CHF monthly (except for personally addressed annual fees from the city of Chur, 55 CHF waste disposal fee annually and 90 CHF fire department fee annually).

Security deposit/deposit is 1'000 CHF.

We are 3 arrived WG members in a 4-person WG.
If you would like to move in as a like-minded single person, we welcome you just as much.

Experienced professionals from all industries, self-employed people and, for example, FHGR students of all disciplines - feel heartily welcome.

The WG, which likes to discuss and coordinate communal life, is currently reforming itself:

• Renan, Swiss, is often on the go, likes to meal prep and is very friendly.
• Pierin, Swiss, student, loves music, plays in numerous concert halls and is learning Italian.
• Damaris, Swiss, is creative for example with instruments, likes hiking in nature and has her apprentices visiting.

We are over 25, approximately under 40 and appreciate a quiet living environment where occasional personal exchange of ideas at eye level is welcome. Perhaps we meet from time to time at the fully automatic coffee machine or at the dining table - e.g., with a glass of wine, (board) games - or hiking, imagination is only limited by the (very) tight time constraints of (professional) everyday life (good that drive and creative power are needed in the world).

The goal of the non-smoker WG is to inhabit this central location in a communal, quiet and coordinated manner. We like planning. We like to decide on essential WG questions communally and after good exchange. Periodic WG meetings are intended to serve the WG goal through coordination to facilitate communal life.

We maintain the entire apartment at a cleanliness standard according to need, whereby all roommates work together individually in the form of an app-supported chore plan (professional cleaning service can be coordinated).

In the apartment, each WG member has a refuge, which everyone respects. In principle, we show consideration for house roommates and WG roommates, respect their needs and maintain an appreciative interaction with one another.

Move-in on the desired date possible after consultation with all WG members.

Now we are looking for a new WG member couple or WG member who shares our social ideas of community (all contained in the text).
