Furnished room in a beautiful 2-person shared flat directly on the Reuss – Luzern

Hoi :) Since my flatmate is going abroad for half a year, we are subletting her furnished room in our 2-person shared flat on the Reussinsel in Luzern on a temporary basis.

The bright room (approx. 12 m²) is equipped with a desk and a Samsung Smart Screen, which you can use for streaming, gaming, or as a second screen.

The modern, spacious apartment offers a large kitchen, a cozy living area, balconies and terraces with a view of the Reuss, two bathrooms, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment. There is also plenty of storage space.

The location is quiet and yet central: with a bike, you can reach the Uni, train station and city in approx. 6 minutes, with the bus in approx. 12 minutes and on foot in around 20 minutes. The Reuss and beautiful walking paths are right at the doorstep.

I am 31, work as an engineer and am mostly at work during the day during the week. We maintain a relaxed, uncomplicated life together, where one likes to eat together, have a drink or chat, but also has enough personal space. We are looking for a friendly, clean and uncomplicated person for whom respectful coexistence is important.
