I have a cozy 3.5-room apartment in Adliswil, the S-Bahn station is within 5 minutes walking distance, as well as Denner and Lidl. The location is quiet and sunny, as the apartment is not on the main street. It is 77 m² in size, has 2 large rooms, one with a cozy small balcony and an open living area (sofa-TV corner with a working fireplace, dining area and open, very spacious new kitchen with plenty of storage space). In the entrance area, there is a round window that provides a view of the dining area, creating an additional sense of space and making the entrance area appear larger. The bathroom is also very modern, with a large, three-part mirror cabinet up to the ceiling and a bathtub with a small window. The apartment is overall very bright, and the community in the multi-family house is pleasantly quiet, we are only three residential units in the house. In the basement, there is a communal laundry room with a tumble dryer, no washing schedule, and is used by two people in total. There is also a basement compartment, a bike storage space in the house, and a parking space can be rented. We have been living here very happily for 22 years. A beautiful garden with a grill is available for shared use. Since my beloved life partner unfortunately passed away last month, I am now urgently looking for a cheaper apartment.
