The kitchen is available for shared use. Living together is rather quiet and uncomplicated; everyone can organize their daily life themselves and has their own retreat area.

The monthly rental price of CHF 1'000 already includes the following costs:

The rental conditions are designed flexibly:
Minimum rental period: 1 month
Notice period: 14 or 30 days
Deposit: 1 month's rent
Move-in: by arrangement or possible at short notice
