Room in a shared flat

Grüezi und Moien zme !

My name is Clemens and I am looking for a new flatmate (male or female) for the beautiful apartment with balconies and Rhine view starting from December.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Klein-Basel, about 20m from the Rhine.
In the surrounding area, there are many shopping facilities and connections to public transport.

By elevator or on foot, you reach the 3 1/2 room apartment on the 5th floor.
In addition, it has two balconies: one greened one to the front with a lot of sun and a view of the Rhine, and one facing the lovely quiet courtyard.
Furthermore, the WC and the bathroom are separated from each other.

About me:

I am 40 and a native Berliner.
7 years ago, cycling brought me to Basel and since then I have been living and working here.
By profession, I am a carpenter and in my free time, I am often out on my bike in the mountains and in the surrounding area.
Additionally, I manage and support a cycling sports facility in Allschwil on the outskirts of Basel.
If interested, please contact me via the contact form.

If this has piqued your interest, then do not hesitate to write to me.

I look forward to meeting you and having a great time!
Grüße Clemens
