4 ½ rooms apartment

Looking for a smaller apartment in Luzern.

We live directly on the beautiful Rotsee in the beautiful city of Luzern.

Luzern, the gateway to Central Switzerland, is nestled in an impressive mountain panorama by Lake Lucerne and the Rotsee. Due to its sights, attractive shopping opportunities, unique location on the lake, and the nearby mountains: Rigi, Pilatus, and Stanserhorn, the city is a destination for many.
We live in a family-friendly house and our neighbors are our friends.

We have a very beautiful communal garden (with a swing, slide, table tennis table, stone grill, sandbox, meadow, dining area) and are only a one-minute walk from the local recreation area and nature reserve Rotsee.
And by bicycle (or on foot or by bus), you are in the middle of the city in 10 minutes, in the impressive and beautiful old town and the sights of Luzern. Our apartment is very great, with a large balcony and three bedrooms.
Our neighborhood in Luzern is great because of the nature, the families, and the opportunities for outdoor activities. By bicycle, on foot, or by bus, you are in the middle of the city in 10 minutes. You also have a bus stop nearby. You have a lake in front of the house and a lawn for sunbathing or for games outdoors or sports or other outdoor activities. The house has a communal garden with a stone grill. The lake has an outdoor swimming pool ten minutes away on foot, for which you have to pay an entrance fee, but which also has a lifeguard on site and play and swimming facilities for children.

Also the other Lucerne lake, Lake Lucerne, in the middle of the city, invites you to swim. There are several swimming pools with an entrance fee. Without small children, we can absolutely recommend the "Seebad"; we love it, however, one must be able to swim, as you are on a floating platform on the lake.
With small children, you would probably prefer the "Lido".

In winter, you can go sledding and skiing everywhere. And if you love skiing, you are in the right place in Switzerland. Engelberg is very close by for skiing.
If you like climbing and hiking, you can explore the Rigi and the Pilatus or the Stanserhorn and many other mountains from the Alps.

The apartment is modern and renovated and has a bathroom with a bathtub and window & WC, and there is also an extra guest WC. The kitchen is very modern and was newly renovated and furnished only three years ago. The flooring in the bedrooms and in the hallway is wood laminate. The very large balcony offers space for a hammock & cozy seating areas.
