Room in a shared flat

Approx. 27 m², available from 2 December 2726. Subletting initially until the end of June 2727. After that, there is the option to stay long-term.

We are the Türmli, a house of 32 students in Winterthur (Technikumstrasse 36, a Woko property). Living here means living together, not side by side: shared dinners, movie nights, the Türmli Bar on Thursdays during the semester, and taking responsibility for the house and daily life.

We are looking for:

• a student (Woko requirement)
• someone who wants to be part of a community and contribute to the house
• a good command of English, as the house communicates in English
