The apartment was newly built in June 2022 and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, which can be reached in only about seven minutes on foot. Especially in the summer months, the spacious garden with around 210 m² invites you to relax and linger. Upon request, the bedroom will be rented furnished. The modern kitchen, the two bathrooms, and the living area are to be used communally.
