Room in a shared flat

Hi, we are 3 young professional living together in our nice apartment in Adliswil.

We are looking for a new roommate who would feel comfortable with us.

We are looking for someone open and that would show interest in a pleasant flat-sharing community. You should care about cleanliness in the apartment by sticking to a simple cleaning schedule and by being tidy in the common rooms.

We are sociable and easy-going.

The room is 12m2 large. Monthly rent includes all utilities (water, bills, internet, ...). The house has 4 rooms, each converted in a bedroom, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large basement room in the apartment, two toilets including a sink, a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, a practical bike room outside, and a shared laundry room.

Shops (Migros, Denner, Coop, Aldi, pharmacy, post office, etc.), train station, and the center of Adliswil are only 10 minutes walk away. There are very good connections via the S4 to Zurich HB main train station (15 min). Adliswil is a small and cozy city where everything you need can be reached within walking distance.

The location of the apartment is ideal if you want to live close to the city but still enjoy nature and being outdoors.

The apartment is completely furnished, so you only have to take care of furnishing your room.
