4 ½ rooms apartment

We are dissolving our 3-person shared apartment because our roommate is moving in with her boyfriend. We like our apartment very much and also like Wiedikon, but we want to move into a smaller apartment since we now need one fewer bedroom. We would prefer to stay in the same district or in the city center, but we are open to other options. The apartment is located directly at the Sihlsportanlage in Wiedikon. It is an old building apartment with a renovated bathroom and kitchen. There are beautiful parquet floors in all bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen is very spacious and has room for a dining table. There is a nice built-in kitchen with two refrigerators and a large freezer. All rooms are accessible via the large entrance area and can therefore also be used as a 4-person shared apartment. The large entrance area with four built-in closets can function as a living or dining room. One room adjoins a small balcony with a view of the Sihlsportanlage, facing south. The apartment has an outdoor bike parking space, a basement compartment, and an attic.
