Room in a shared flat

We are Mattia (25), food technologist from St. Gallen, Larissa (23), florist from Thurgau, and Jeannine (21), businesswoman, also from Thurgau. Together we live in the most beautiful place in the world – okay, maybe we are not quite objective, but the dreamy view of the Alpstein definitely speaks for itself!
Now all we are missing is a great roommate to complete our shared apartment.
Where we live
Our shared apartment is located in a former farmhouse that was completely demolished and rebuilt about 30 years ago. We live in the middle of nature between Appenzell and Steinegg – surrounded by nature and with a view that inspires anew every day.
Despite the idyllic location, everything is quickly reachable by bike:

• Bahnhof Steinegg: approx. 3 minutes
• Bahnhof Hirschberg: approx. 5 minutes
• Bahnhof Appenzell: approx. 7 minutes
• Dorfzentrum Appenzell: approx. 7 minutes
• Migros, Coop, Spar and Lidl: approx. 10 minutes

Here you enjoy the peace and nature without having to do without proximity to the village and good infrastructure.
How we want to live together
We wish for a shared apartment in which everyone can retreat to their room when they need peace, but where people also enjoy spending time together. Whether cooking together, hiking, climbing, or just doing something spontaneously – we look forward to uncomplicated and warm coexistence, where each person has their own space and yet togetherness is not neglected.
Our apartment extends over two floors and has two bathrooms. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped and offers everything your heart desires with a modern oven and a dishwasher. A washing machine is located in the basement.
In the apartment, there are also some built-in cupboards that you are welcome to share. There is also enough space in the garage for your bike and other sports equipment.
In front of the house is a large garden, in which we partially try to be self-sufficient. If you have a green thumb and like gardening, you can of course also let loose here and contribute your own ideas.
A parking space for a car is also available.
In addition to our shared apartment, there is also the landlord's apartment and another attic apartment in the house. Our landlord also has two very lovely cats that come to visit us from time to time.
