Since I will be traveling from 20 December 2026 until approximately the end of February 2027, I am renting out two furnished rooms in a spacious, well-equipped apartment for this period. The apartment is already occupied by a likable 25-year-old man, with whom you will share the common areas.

• Trackpad for movement during work

In addition to the two rooms, the following rooms and facilities are available to you:

• Large bathroom with two washbasins and a bathtub, which is available to you (the existing roommate uses the second bathroom)
• Fully equipped kitchen for shared use
• Balcony for shared use
• Washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment
• Cellar with additional storage space for shared use

Period: 20 December 2026 to approximately the end of February 2027

You have various options:

• Bedroom including separate office
• Only the bedroom
• Only the office as a workspace

The rental price depends on the chosen variant and can be adjusted accordingly.
