Room in a shared flat

Bright, quiet WG room in the heart of Fribourg
We have a very beautiful room available in our 4-person shared flat in the Fribourg city centre!

• Rent: 671.61 CHF per month
• Size: 22 m² with two large windows and plenty of daylight
• Available: from 15 November or earlier
• Location: The room is located on the courtyard side and is therefore very quiet.
• Furnishing: There is the possibility to take over furniture if needed.

The WG

We are Giulia, Juliana and Vivi, between 28 and 35 years old, as well as Aya, our four-legged WG member and our little mascot!

The main language in our WG is English. But we also speak French, Italian, (Swiss) German, Brazilian Portuguese
e un poquito d’español.

We are preferably looking for a woman who speaks English and likes cats. If you are open and sociable and enjoy spending time with your flatmates every now and then, you are very welcome with us!

The apartment

Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies and a large living room.

The location

The apartment is well connected to public transport and is centrally located:

• The bus stop is only a one-minute walk away.
• Two supermarkets and a pharmacy are reachable within three minutes on foot.
• Fribourg main station is about five minutes away on foot.

Rent and additional costs

Included in the rental price are the advance payments for additional costs, the internet subscription as well as the costs for a cleaner who supports us every two weeks.

Electricity costs as well as any additional payment according to the final additional costs statement are extra.

Interested?

Then feel free to contact us if you would like more information or want to arrange a viewing appointment. We would be very happy to welcome you to our WG!

Kind regards

Sarah (who is setting off on new adventures), Viviane, Juliana and Giulia
