Room in a shared flat

The room is bright and centrally located. Directly in front of the door are the Aare and the Thun train station. In a few minutes, you are in the Old Town or at Lake Thun. From the room and from the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the Aare, the mountains, and the forests.

The room is located on the 5th floor (with lift), is approx. 12 m² in size and part of a 2-person WG in a 3-room apartment. In addition to the bedrooms, the apartment consists of a renovated kitchen and a bathroom, a bright and large living room with plants, as well as a balcony with beautiful morning sun.
The room is being sublet for 6 months because I am going abroad (until 30.06.2027 or by arrangement). It can be taken furnished or, upon request, also unfurnished. In addition to the rent, electricity (approx. 12 CHF/month) and Serafe (13 CHF/month) are added.

We are looking for: You. You are funny, like communal living, and enjoy eating together occasionally and chatting together. At the same time, you also like individual me-time. A tidy apartment is important to you and you like a beautiful home.
We are: You share the WG with Luisa (she/her, mid-thirties, tourism specialist and sailor): I like the water, sailing, reading books, coffee in the morning sun on the balcony, improv theater, and much more.
