Fully furnished room available for temporary sublet in a shared apartment.
Women only.

Availability: December 20, 2026 - February 4, 2027. Preference for the full period, but some flexibility with dates is possible.

The room: Double bed with bed linen, desk, chair, TV with HDMI connection, and spacious wardrobe with storage space.

The apartment: Fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, and three international flatmates from Brazil and Ecuador. English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian spoken.

Location: Bus 32 just steps away, around 5 minutes to Altstetten train station. Lidl, Aldi, Coop, and Letzipark nearby.

Rent: CHF 2,450 month, including electricity, water, heating, and building charges.

Deposit: One month's rent (refundable). First month's rent and deposit required at move-in.

Registration (Anmeldung): Possible during your stay.

Good to know: A cat normally lives in the apartment but will be away during the sublet. Not recommended for people with severe cat allergies.

Looking for: A clean, respectful, and reliable woman with a regular daytime routine who appreciates a quiet home at night.
