1 ½ rooms apartment

For rent as of 01.02.2027 (or by arrangement, possibly earlier) beautiful and quietly located studio room on the 1st floor. In addition to the 26m2, the room features an additional small reduit accessible from the stairwell for storage space. The studio is furnished for CHF 850.--/Mt and includes all electricity costs, the general service charges, as well as the TV box. This subscription is paid by us. The furniture corresponds to those in the photos, including television, but WITHOUT stereo system. The size of the bed is 140X200cm. A set of crockery and cutlery is also available.
Pets are not possible in this studio due to the insufficient living space for animals. There is a private mailbox and the possibility to park a bicycle in the entrance to the stairwell. A seating area can also be designated (in consultation with us). An outdoor car parking space is also included. A smoking ban clearly applies throughout the entire house.
We prefer someone quiet, who also appreciates peace and quiet, preferably as a weekly resident.
