Room in a shared flat

A new shared apartment is being founded here; 3 rooms and a bright 2 1/2 room apartment with its own entrance are available for rent. The 2 1/2 room apartment has no private kitchen! The kitchen, as well as the sanitary facilities and the outdoor seating area, may be used by all residents, as well as the smoker's lounge! There is an absolute smoking ban in the rooms! There are 2 sanitary rooms with bathtub and shower and additionally a 3rd toilet, there are 2 larger garden plots where one may participate and contribute. Behind the house is a large mat with meadow and barbecue area as well as an adjacent stream where one can cool off well on hot days!
