Room in a shared flat

The 2 rooms are very large. A choice can be made between:

furnished room (white furniture) with desk and wardrobe, various shelves etc. with balcony access 27.5m2 towards the West or

furnished room (wood-colored furniture) with desk and wardrobe, various shelves etc. 24.3m2 towards the East

Right next to the rooms are the bathroom, WC.

The rooms are located on the 2nd floor (lift access) in my 2-story 5 2/2 Z penthouse apartment 274m2 with a shared kitchen and shared large living room. There is a separate wet room on each floor. Laundry room available. TV, WLAN, Netflix, available. We have a visitor parking space and a bicycle room. The apartment is located very centrally in Beromünster at the edge of the green zone. The bus station is 5 min away on foot.

I am retired 67 and live alone in the large apartment. Since my children moved out, the beautiful rooms have been empty. I am often away on travels and do a lot of sports. I am open, easy-going, uncomplicated and spontaneous. However, I also appreciate peace and respect the privacy of each roommate. Discretion, honesty and cleanliness are a matter of course for me.

a friendly, discreet, honest and uncomplicated person who has a sense of order and cleanliness. Non-smoker, age and gender do not matter, I would be very happy to receive a short description of yourself with a photo.
