• Occupancy: Exclusively for one person.
• Kitchen: For shared use for food preparation. No lounge or common room.
• Bathroom: Shared use included in the base price. Exclusive use for an additional charge.
• Pets: Own pets are not allowed. Two small dogs already live in the household.
• Living climate: Quiet, well-maintained environment. Cleanliness, mutual consideration, and respect for privacy are required.
• Parking space: Available for rent separately upon request.
