Room in a shared flat

I am renting immediately a beautiful, fully furnished room in a well-maintained apartment.
The room features a bed and large built-in wardrobes, thereby offering plenty of storage space. Since the room is already completely furnished, no own furniture should be brought.
Living together
Kitchen, living room and bathroom are available for shared use.
My 20-year-old daughter lives in the apartment. A respectful, clean and pleasant coexistence is important to us.
Costs
CHF 1’500.– per month
In addition, the following costs will be shared between two people:

• Electricity
• Internet
• TV

Should there be a supplementary payment in the service charge settlement, this will also be shared accordingly.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a woman between 20 and 25 years old who is looking for a well-kept and harmonious home.
Requirements:

• Non-smoker
• no pets
• no own furniture
• respectful and tidy handling of the shared rooms

Move-in: immediately
If you are interested, please write me a few pieces of personal information about yourself, e.g., age, education/profession and why you are looking for a room. After that, we can gladly arrange a viewing appointment.
