2 room single room

Room to rent in an apartment with garden Geneva

I am offering a room to rent in my apartment, in a friendly and family atmosphere.

Rent: 2290 CHF per month, charges included.

The roommate will have access to the common areas: shared bathroom, living-kitchen, laundry room and small garden.

I am a mother of two boys present every other week and I also live with my dog (small dog). I like to receive friends from time to time: the apartment is therefore lively and warm, particularly when my children are here.

I am looking for a rather young woman, respectful, sociable and comfortable with children and animals, who wishes to share accommodation in a good atmosphere, while respecting each other's privacy.

The rental duration and terms are to be discussed together.

If you are interested, do not hesitate to write to me, introducing yourself briefly.
