Room in a shared flat

IMPORTANT: Since it is a WOKO apartment, the WOKO criteria must be met, i.e., enrollment at the ZHAW, UZH, ETH!! Since I will be away for 3 months, I would like to sublet my shared apartment room from the beginning of January to the end of March 2027. It is very large and bright, with a huge wardrobe, and can be taken over furnished. From the room, there is direct access to the spacious roof terrace. We are a 3-person female shared apartment and all students. Normally we are out and about a lot, but we also always appreciate spontaneous conversations and shared activities. We are preferably looking for another woman for our shared apartment. Respect, cleanliness, and openness are particularly important to us.
