Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a new female or male roommate for a cozy 2-person shared apartment in Zürich, starting from November.

The room
20.2 m² in size, unfurnished, with a built-in wardrobe – enough space to furnish it properly.

The apartment
3.5-room apartment with 50 m², on the 3rd floor. Living room, kitchen, and dining area are already furnished, and the apartment was partially renovated before moving in. A pleasant atmosphere to feel at home.

Location: Well connected – the Frankental stop is only a 3-minute walk away, and the Coop right around the corner covers everyday needs. The Werdinsel is also very close by, ideal for a dip in the water on warm days.

Rent: CHF 2240 per month, including utilities.

About me: I am Fabio, 26, work as a business information scientist at BMW and am in the home office two days a week. I look forward to someone with whom one enjoys having a chat in the kitchen, but who also appreciates an uncomplicated shared apartment.

Who I am looking for: A reliable, uncomplicated person who is interested in pleasant coexistence – not just a Zweck-WG (shared apartment for convenience only). Please write the word Kugelschreiber in your application so that I know if you have read the advertisement :)

If interested, I look forward to a message with a few lines about yourself, preferably with a photo for a first impression!

Kind regards
Fabio
