Room in a shared flat

Hello 😃
From December, my room in a super WG with two great roommates will become available!
The room is approx. 25 m² in size and the rent is CHF 562.– per month. The apartment features a large kitchen, a spacious dining room and two balconies. It is located directly next to the tram and bus stop Brausebad, which is very easily accessible thanks to many connections. The university is 10 minutes away on foot and the Bahnhof SBB is 3 minutes away by bus. A Migros, an Aldi and a Coop are also located right next door.
You will live together with Julie (28, in the WG for 2 years) and Julius (27, in the WG for almost 1 year). Julie is in the final stages of her training as a nursing specialist, while Julius is currently doing his PhD at the Biozentrum. The two are uncomplicated and funny and like to take time to chat! Every now and then we have a WG evening the three of us, to stay in good contact despite our different rhythms 😊
We are looking for a person our age who fits well with us. If you are interested in the room, please feel free to briefly introduce yourself and write to us.
We look forward to hearing from you!
